An emergency response call center operator will answer the call. All of our operators are EMT-certified and trained to provide on-call medical assistance. What happens if I am unable to speak? When the button is pressed, you will hear a voice recording letting you know that your call for help has gone through. Within seconds, an operator will come on the line.
