Our History
In 2009, we formed eResponse Group. It was formed to address the growing health care market and the challenge that many families face today as their loved ones age and would like to remain independent in their own homes without the need for live-in assistance. The division was formed by Hunter and Harrison MacDonnell, third generation family members of the founders of Eastern Security. These young men have channeled their enthusiasm and energy into serving the home health care market by finding the most simple, reliable, self install, technology in the marketplace. It is affordable and it works. We are proud to have a growing list of satisfied customers who know that if a loved one has an emergency, the simple push of a button brings a rapid response from our 24 hour call center which has a specially trained group of response specialists prepared to take appropriate action.
In addition to the health care market, eResponse has simple, cost effective, self install intrusion alarm and video systems for the residential and small commercial environment. The incredible improvement in technology over the past 5 years has made the self install market a reality.
